Changes to the Board
Appointment of Chairman
In accordance with the company’s previously announced strategy regarding board composition, the directors are pleased to advise that Phillip Campbell has been appointed Chairman of Fleetwood Corporation Limited. The appointment is effective immediately.
Phillip’s experience spans 35 years, and includes national and international business dealings across a range of industries including resources, construction and manufacturing.
Phillip has been involved with a number of listed and unlisted entities in capacities including managing director and chairman. He has a proven track record of guiding businesses through challenging and volatile environments to restore and enhance shareholder value.
Phillip is currently the non‐executive Chairman of Farm Pride Foods Limited (ASX:FRM), and a Non‐Executive Director of Fodder King Limited.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, Phillip will receive $90,000 per annum in director fees. He will not be entitled to participate in any Fleetwood long or short term incentive plan, nor receive any retirement allowance.
The directors take this opportunity to welcome Phillip to the Board of Fleetwood.
Director Resignation
The Board also wishes to advise that due to other board comittments John Bond has tendered his resignation as a non‐ executive director of Fleetwood. John’s tenure will officially cease on 24 August 2016.
The directors take this opportunity to thank John for the significant contribution he has made to Fleetwood since his appointment to the Board in March 2013.
