Eclipx Group Non-Executive Director appointments and Climate Active status
Gail Pemberton AO, the Chair of Eclipx Group Limited (ASX: ECX, “Group”) today announces the appointment of Ms Fiona Trafford-Walker and Ms Cathy Yuncken as Non-Executive Directors of Eclipx Group Limited.
Ms Trafford-Walker and Ms Yuncken will commence as Non-Executive Directors effective today and are also joining as members of the Audit & Risk Committee and the People, Culture, Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
Fiona Trafford-Walker
Fiona Trafford-Walker has over 28 years’ experience advising institutional asset owners and investors on investment and governance-related issues.
Fiona is currently an independent non-executive director of Link Administration Holdings (ASX:LNK) where she also chairs the Audit Committee, Perpetual Limited (ASX:PPT), Prospa (ASX:PGL) where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee and the Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC). Fiona is also a member of the Investment Committee for the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute.
Fiona was previously an Investment Director at Frontier Advisors, where she was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Governance Advisory team. She was the inaugural Managing Director at Frontier Advisors and played a critical role in growing the firm.
Fiona holds a B.Ec. (Hons) from James Cook University and a Master of Finance from RMIT University. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Cathy Yuncken

Cathy Yuncken is an experienced company executive and non-executive director with over 30 years’ commercial and leadership experience in diversified financial services businesses, and over 12 years’ board and governance experience across sectors including financial services, health, arts and social services.
Cathy is currently Chairman of the St.George and Sutherland Medical Research Foundation, and Managing Director of See Y Pty Ltd, a commercial and financial advisory consultancy that provides advisory services to government and business clients.
Cathy’s executive leadership experience spans investment banking, institutional and business banking, wealth management, and private banking at ASX-listed and global financial services institutions, in roles including General Manager of Westpac Group businesses including Westpac Commercial Bank, Westpac Private Wealth, and St.George Group Business Bank; Executive General Manager Relationship Management at Commonwealth Bank; Managing Director Enterprise Client Group at GE Capital Australia & NZ; and Head of Corporate Investment Banking at Barclays Capital.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from UNSW, an Executive Certificate of Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan Business School, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Climate Active Status
On 16 July 2021, the Group was awarded “Climate Active” status.
Climate Active is the only Australian Government-recognised certification, awarded to organisations who have reached a state of achieving net zero emissions, otherwise known as carbon neutrality.
The Group is the only participant in the Australian fleet management industry to have been certified with this status.
In addition to achieving Climate Active status, the Group can now offer clients the option of “Climate Active CERTIFIED” novated and operating leases. Climate Active CERTIFIED is a carbon neutral programme that gives clients the ability to have carbon neutral fleets – the only service of its kind in Australia.
