3. In order to be valid, the completed and signed reply slip should be delivered by hand or by post to the Company’s H share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 October 2017 (Monday). In order to qualify to attend and vote at the 2017 First H Shareholders’ Class Meeting, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificate(s) must be delivered to the Company’s H share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong for holders of H shares of the Company, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 20 October 2017 (Friday).

4. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaningsas those defined in the circular of the Company dated 4 October 2017.
