Royalco Resources Limited has completed dispatch of its Target's Statement in response to the takeover bid by Fitzroy River Corporation Limited for all the ordinary shares in Royalco, as announced to ASX on 14 December 2016 (and 21 December 2016).

Royalco's Target Statement was announced to ASX and lodged with ASIC on 19 December 2016.
