Fitzroy River Corporation Limited ( ASX: FZR ) ( Fitzroy or the Company ) is pleased to confirm that the Offer Booklet lodged with the ASX on 19 February 2021 in respect of the Company’s 1 for 4 nonrenounceable entitlement offer of new ordinary shares ( New Shares ) in the Company at $0.12 per New Share ( Entitlement Offer ) has been dispatched to eligible shareholders today.

Eligible shareholders are reminded that the Entitlement Offer closes at 5.00 pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday 16 March 2021.
