The Board of Directors of Greenpower Energy Limited ( “the Company” ) would like to announce that due to the postal delays in the delivery of the Prospectus to the shareholders of the Company, Planet Gas Limited and European Gas Limited who are all eligible for priority allocations under the offer contained in the Prospectus ( “Offer” ), the closing date for the Offer has been extended from Monday 8 October 2007 to Monday 22 October 2007 .
