Posting of Annual Report and Updated Notice of AGM

The Company confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2019 ("2019 Annual Report and Accounts") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders tomorrow.

The AGM will now be held on 17 October 2019 at 12.30 pm rather than on 3 October 2019 as was previously announced. The AGM venue remains the same at Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5QS.
