Change to Accounting Year End

The Board of Fiske plc announces that it intends to change its accounting reference date from 31 May to 30 June with immediate effect.

As a result of this change in accounting reference date, the Company's reporting timetable for the next 18 months will be as follows:

-Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 November 2021 to be released by 28 February 2022;

-Audited report and accounts for the 13-month period to 30 June 2022 intended to be published by 31 December 2022; and

-Unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 December 2022 to be released by 31 March 2023
