Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 13 October 2015 it purchased 60,500 (0.72%) Fiske ordinary shares into Treasury.  The shares were purchased at a price of £0.40 each.

As a result of the above, the total number of Fiske shares held in Treasury is 60,500 (0.72%), the number of ordinary shares in issue remains the same and the total number of voting rights in the company is 8,399,705 which is the number which may be used by the shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
