Fiske Plc announces that Craven Hill Limited has, on 5 June 2013, purchased 69,913 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 58 pence per share.

Following this purchase Craven Hill Limited's holding in the Company will be 396,413 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.686% of the Company's total voting rights.
