Fiske Plc announces that Craven Hill Limited has, on 29 May 2013, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 58 pence per share.

Following this purchase Craven Hill Limited's holding in the Company will be 326,500 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.86% of the Company's total voting rights.
