Fiske plc ('Fiske' or 'the Company') announces that the announcement released on 1 October 2018 in relation to the appointment of Tony Pattison as a Director of the Company incorrectly disclosed Mr Pattison's total holding on appointment as 263,884 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as it did not include 7,174 Ordinary Shares held at the time by Mr Pattison's wife. Mr Pattison and his wife's total shareholding in the Company at the time of his appointment was 271,058 Ordinary Shares. Mr Pattison and his wife's current total disclosed holding of 349,617 Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
