Result of AGM and Confirmation of Board Changes

The Company announces that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 23 November 2023.

As previously announced, Clive Harrison has retired as Chairman and as a director of the Company as of the conclusion of the AGM today. Tony Pattison, currently a director of the Company, has stepped into the role of Chairman of Fiske plc.
