Fiskars Corporation Stock Exchange Release May 12, 2014

Fiskars and the Group's CFO Ilkka Pitkänen have agreed that he is leaving his
position as of today.

The overseeing of the company's financial operations will be as an interim
solution taken on by the head of the Group's finance function, Jyri
Virrantuomi.
