Fiskars appoints Nina Ariluoma-Hämäläinen as SVP, Human Resources

Fiskars has appointed Nina Ariluoma-Hämäläinen (MSc, eMBA) as Senior Vice
President, Human Resources and member of the Group's Executive Board. She will
join Fiskars at the latest on October 1, 2013, reporting to Fiskars President
and CEO Kari Kauniskangas.

Nina Ariluoma-Hämäläinen will join Fiskars from Nokia Siemens Networks, where
she is currently working as head of HR Region North, East and West. Previously,
she has held various senior roles within Human Resources at Nokia Siemens
Networks and Nokia.

brings to Fiskars extensive experience in developing and driving strategic
human resources activities in an international business environment and driving
