Notification made in accordance with Article 19 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company was notified on 18 April 2017 that on that date, Mrs K M Kilpatrick, the wife of Mr S C Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director, sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 1,716 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr S C Kilpatrick has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 36,503 Ordinary Shares representing 0.73 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
