Executive Share Option Scheme

The Company has granted options under the Executive Share Option Scheme (2005) which was approved by shareholders on 29 April 2005 and the Inland Revenue on 17 June 2005.

Options have been granted under the Executive Share Option Scheme at a price of 1027.67p per share.  The options are subject to the performance conditions stipulated in the Scheme rules and are exercisable from 9 April 2016 to 9 April 2023 provided that the performance conditions are met.
