Appointment of Non-Executive Director

James Fisher and Sons plc, the leading marine services provider, announces the appointment of Aedamar Comiskey as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2014.

Commenting on the appointment, Charles Rice, Chairman, said "I am delighted to welcome Aedamar to the Board of James Fisher.  Aedamar has been a partner at Linklaters LLP since 2001 and was elected to their International Board earlier this year.  In addition to her extensive commercial experience, she is very actively involved in the expansion of Linklaters' business activities in South America and has wide international business knowledge.  She will make a significant contribution to the Board as James Fisher continues to expand internationally."
