The Company advises that Messrs David Nolan and Stephen Brent have been appointed to the board. Messrs Robert Kennedy and Neil Young have resigned effective from COB 17 February 2015.
The Managing Director, Mr Carl Dorsch has welcomed the new appointments and would also like to thank Robert and Neil for their considerable contribution to the Company under challenging circumstances in recent times.
