Tellus Resources Limited (ASX: TLU) Request for Suspension

I refer to the request for suspension of Tellus Resources Limited (‘the Company’) shares dated 4 April 2014 which was granted and is due to cease on Wednesday 9 April 2014.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company hereby requests that the voluntary suspension of its securities be extended for an additional 24 hours pending finalisation of arrangements for the capital raising and the applicable announcement which formed the basis of the suspension request.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension be extended until market open on Thursday 10 April 2014 or release of an announcement in relation to the capital raise, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily suspended.
