Extension of Closing Date for Prospectus

Tellus Resources Ltd is an Australian-based oil, gas and mineral exploration company with licences in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales.

Tellus Resources Ltd (TLU or the Company) wishes to advise that it will be extending the closing date for the offer of securities under the Prospectus released on 7 March 2014 to 5:00pm (ACST) on 31 May 2014.
