TRADING HALT

The securities of Tellus Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 11, June 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Tellus Resources Limited (ASX: TLU) Request for Trading Halt

The Directors of Tellus Resources Limited ( Tellus ) hereby request a trading halt in its securities from the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of Tellus provide the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the company relating to a material transaction.

2. The Directors of Tellus request a trading halt until an announcement is released, or the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 10[th] of June 2014, whichever occurs earlier.

3. The Directors of Tellus expect the trading halt to be ended by release of an announcement.

4. The Directors of Tellus are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
