Placement

Tellus Resources Limited (TLU or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has raised $660k through the placement of 22M new shares to sophisticated investors, in both Australia and Hong Kong. The price paid was $0.03 per share and the funds will be used for working capital.

A cleansing Prospectus and Appendix 3B will follow.

Commenting on the placement, the Company’s Managing Director, Mr Carl Dorsch, said ”this placement introduces new strategic shareholders to the Company’s register. We are confident of their support for TLU’s next growth phase as we move beyond the drilling of two imminent high impact wells, both fully funded, in Utah and the Cooper Basin.”
