Extraordinary General Meeting
Further to Tellus Resources Limited’s announcement on 8 August 2014 that it has received a notice under s249D of the Corporations Act 2001 from a group of shareholders ( Requisitioning Shareholders ), the Company wishes to advise that it will hold a general meeting of shareholders to address the resolutions outlined in that notice. This will be held on Tuesday 7[th] October 2014 at 10:00 am (ACST) at Level 9, 211 Victoria Square, Adelaide, South Australia 5000.
The Notice of Meeting will follow in due course.
