Correction to Notice of General Meeting

Tellus Resources Limited (TLU or the Company) wishes to set out a correction to its Notice of Meeting for the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 7 October 2014 at 11.00am ACDT, originally lodged with the ASX on 3 September 2014 ( Notice of Meeting ).

The Notice of Meeting incorrectly contained a voting exclusion statement for each of the five resolutions.

The Company advises that the voting exclusion statements will not apply to the five resolutions and the Company will accept votes cast on those resolutions from the nominated directors and their associates (in relation to resolutions 1 to 4) and from Mr Neil Young and his associates (in relation to resolution 5).

The date, time and place of the General Meeting remain unchanged, and will be held on 7 October 2014 at 11.00am ACDT at level 9, 211 Victoria Square, Adelaide, SA, 5000.
