CANCELLATION OF GENERAL MEETING

Tellus Resources Ltd (“TLU” or “the Company”) advises that it has received the attached letter from solicitors, representing shareholders who had previously requisitioned a General Meeting, advising that the requisition has now been withdrawn unconditionally.

The TLU Board has accepted the unconditional withdrawal and resolved to cancel the meeting in accordance with the Company’s Constitution.

Accordingly, the General Meeting scheduled to be held on 7 October 2014 to consider the resolutions proposed by the shareholders will no longer be held.
