Tellus Resources Limited Update

Antares Mining Limited ( AWW or Company ) is pleased to announce the completion of the in-specie distribution of 54 million Tellus Resources Limited (“ Tellus ”) shares to AWW shareholders and the receipt of 6 million Tellus shares. These shares will not be distributed in specie, rather they will be realised by the Company in due course to assist with funding future exploration activities.

AWW is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Nicholas Lindsay to the Board as a non-executive director.

Directors:

Dr Lindsay has substantial experience in the global mining industry, and the technical and commercial assessment, and development of copper, gold and iron ore projects in Australia, South Africa, Mongolia and Chile. He has been associated with both the major and junior mining sectors in Chile for over 20 years. He is Managing Director of Castillo Copper Limited and a Director of Laguna Resources Limited and Paradigm Metals Limited. Dr Lindsay is a Member of the AusIMM and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
