ASX RELEASE
Tellus Resources Ltd is an Australian‐based oil, gas and mineral exploration company.
Tellus holds a 100% interest in PEL 105 of the Cooper Basin as well as ATP 904 in the Surat Basin, Qld (subject to Ministerial approval). It also holds the Chillagoe Gold Project which includes Exploration Permits covering a combined area of ~28,878 hectares plus Mining Leases covering a combined area of approx. 480 hectares, including the Wandoo & Empire prospects.
In addition Tellus has a large tenement package in regional New South Wales prospective for Intrusive Related Gold Deposits (IRG).

CORPORATE CHANGES
Tellus Resources Limited (TLU) wishes to advise the market that subsequent to finalisation of the acquisition of PNC AUS Pty Ltd, approved by shareholders at the EGM on 23 August 2013, a number of Corporate Changes have now been implemented.
Corporate and Registered Office
From 30 September 2013, the Corporate and Registered office of TLU will be at Level 5/ 70 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA. The mailing address will be GPO Box 93 Adelaide SA 5001 and the telephone number will be (08) 8100 9208. The Sydney office will remain open until 31 October 2013.
Company Secretary
Mr George Yatzis has been appointed Joint Company Secretary, with Mrs Anne Adaley, who continues in her roles as (Joint) Company Secretary and CFO. Mr Yatzis is based in Adelaide.
Mrs Adaley will step down from her positions with TLU on 31 October 2013.
Mrs Adaley was the founding Secretary and CFO of TLU and an important member of its management team. Her skills and patience will be greatly missed by all who work with her. The Company thanks Anne for her significant contribution and wishes her the best in her future endeavours.
