Board Appointments/Resignation

Tellus Resources Limited (TLU or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Messrs Robert (Bob) Kennedy and Neil Young as Nonexecutive Directors of the Board as of yesterday. Mr Kennedy was voted in as Chairman at the same board meeting. The Company welcomes the two new board members and looks forward to a close working relationship in order to steer the Company in to a new phase of its development.

Mr Kennedy has had an extensive career in oil and gas companies, most notably as the previous Director and Chairman of Beach Energy Limited for a period of almost 21 years. He is also closely involved at board level with a number of other publicly listed companies and his experience in this field is both well known and extensive.

Mr Young has a history of nearly 20 years commercial experience in the energy sector, after an initial career as an accountant in the UK. He has worked for companies ranging from Adelaide Energy to Santos, in Australia and internationally.

Mr Richard Willson has resigned as a director of the Company effective immediately. The Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company.

Commenting on the appointments, the managing director of TLU Carl Dorsch said, “ The appointment of the two new board members is a real coup for the Company given Mr Kennedy’s public profile and demonstrable talents in building companies especially in the oil and gas sector. Mr Young has extensive experience in the sector as well and has worked with me previously in a successful enterprise. Both of their expansive network of contacts and knowledge of the business technically and commercially will give the Company a very sound base on which to build.
