Issue of Shares

Tellus Resources Ltd is an Australian-based oil, gas and mineral exploration company with licences in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales.

Tellus Resources Limited (TLU or the Company) would like announce that 11.719M shares will be issued today as part of the 14.285M share placement from sophisticated investors announced by the company on 17[th] December 2013.

The company would like to inform the market that the balance of shares will be issued in the coming weeks following receipt of funds.

The Company’s managing director, Mr Carl Dorsch said “We are very pleased with the response to the capital raising so close to Christmas. It underlines the fact that TLU will have a very active first half in 2014 with drilling due to commence in March 2014 in the highly prospective Covenant Mondo Project in Utah, USA. As well, the Company will be free carried in a well to be drilled prior to June 30, 2014 in its 50% owned Cooper Basin PEL 105 asset (reducing to 30% after the well).”
