Tellus Resources Ltd (“the “Company” or “Tellus Resources”) requests a suspension from quotation pending an announcement by the Company regarding a significant project acquisition.

The Company requests that the suspension end after the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

Tellus Resources confirms that:

• the event Tellus Resources expects will end the suspension will be an announcement by the Company regarding a transaction; and
