REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The suspension of trading in the securities of Tellus Resources Ltd (the “Company”) will be lifted before the commencement of trading on Monday, 31 October 2011, pursuant to listing rule 17.7 and paragraph 44 of Guidance Note 12 – Change to Activities, following the Company’s announcement regarding its proposal to acquire the issued capital of Northern Discovery Limited (the “Acquisition”).

In accordance with ASX’s requirements for compliance with Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules, if shareholders approve the change in the Company’s activities, it is expected that the Company’s securities will be suspended from quotation immediately following such approval and will remain suspended until the Company has complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
