Description

The securities of Firstwave Cloud Technology Ltd (‘FCT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FCT, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 25 May 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT

FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX:FCT) (FirstWave or the Company) hereby requests 2 consecutive back-to-back trading halts in its securities from the ASX effective immediately pending the release of an announcement with respect to a material capital raising by the Company.

The trading halt will last until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 25 May 2020 or the release to the market of an announcement in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising.

The company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
