The securities of Tellus Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the Company’s proposed capital raising.

Tellus Resources Limited (ASX: TLU) Request for Suspension
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the Company requests voluntary suspension of its securities to commence at market open today pending finalisation of arrangements for the capital raising referred to on 2 April 2014.
The Company requests that trading be suspended until after the expected announcement is made or until market open on Wednesday 9[th] April 2014, whichever is the earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily suspended.
