Change in Interim CFO

FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) ( FirstWave ), advises that Mr Brett Coventry has decided to take up a permanent role with another entity and has left his role as interim Chief Financial Officer with the Company.

Mr Murray Scott, currently Commercial Officer, will assume the role and duties until a permanent replacement is appointed.

The change is effective immediately.
