FirstWave appoints Iain Bartram as Chief Financial Officer

Highlights:

• FirstWave confirms the appointment of Mr Iain Bartram as Chief Financial Officer

• Mr Bartram has over 20 years’ experience as a strategic Chief Financial Officer with multi-site and international experience in high growth, listed and unlisted technology businesses

Australian-headquartered global cloud security technology company, FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) ( FirstWave ), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Iain Bartram as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr Bartram will join the Company on 17 August 2020 and assume the role over the following 6 weeks from interim CFO, Mr Murray Scott.

Mr Bartram has over 20 years’ experience as a strategic CFO with multi-site and international experience in high growth, listed and unlisted technology businesses including:

• Fusion Payments as Group CFO and Australian Managing Director and Telstra Relationship Manager;

• • Stripe Radio as Managing Director, and

• ConnXion Limited as CFO.

His experience includes raising multiple rounds of finance from angel financiers, venture capitalists, private equity and on-market. Mr Bartram has managed the negotiation of significant domestic and international contracts and has current ASX and AIM listed CFO experience.

Commenting on Mr Bartram’s appointment, FirstWave Executive Chairman Mr John Grant said, “I congratulate Iain on his appointment as CFO. Our focus in FY21 is on growing revenue and on managing cost. Iain brings extensive and relevant experience which will benefit FirstWave in these endeavours, and his ASX listed experience will also be key in maintaining open and transparent relationships with our investors.”
