Director retirement and early release from voluntary escrow

FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) (FirstWave or Company) announces the retirement of Mr Ted Keating as a director of the Company with effect from 13 July 2018 after nearly 17 years with the Company.

Mr Keating was one of the founders of the original FirstWave business established in 2001. When the Company listed in 2016, Mr Keating was appointed a director of FirstWave.

FirstWave’s Chairman, Mr Drew Kelton, farewelled Mr Keating.

Mr Keating will retire as a director effective from today.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, FirstWave confirms that 5,843,364 securities owned either directly or indirectly by Mr Keating and subject to voluntary escrow will be released from escrow on 31 July 2018. The parties have consented to the early release of the securities.
