Appointment of Alternate Director

Leading Australian Cloud Security technology company, FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) (“FirstWave”, “the company”) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Richard Beswick as an Alternate Director for Mr Scott Lidgett pursuant to Clause 15.7 of the Company’s Constitution.

Mr Beswick’s appointment is for the period 6 June 2017 to 31 July 2017 while Mr Lidgett is on leave.

An Appendix 3X for Mr Beswick is attached.
