Resignation of Managing Director

Leading Australian Cloud Security technology company, FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) (“FirstWave”, “the company”) wishes to advise of the forthcoming resignation of the Company’s CEO and Managing Director, Steve O’Brien, effective 3 October, 2017.

Steve is leaving Firstave with the organisation’s best wishes and is going to focus on his family and other opportunities. The Board wishes to thank Steve for his hard work in taking Firstwave through a successful listing on the ASX and in transitioning to becoming a publicly listed company together with all his efforts with our clients and staff. We wish him every success in the future.

The Board has initiated a formal search for a replacement CEO and in the interim has appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, David Kirton, as interim CEO while the search for a replacement for Steve takes place. During his tenure as interim CEO, Mr Kirton will receive $270,000 per annum as remuneration.
