DIRECTOR NOT TO STAND FOR RE-ELECTION AND WITHDRAWAL OF AGM RESOLUTION

Tellus Resources Limited (“the Company”) advises that non-executive director, Mr Anthony Wehby, who retires by rotation, has decided not to stand for re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Therefore, Resolution 2 for the proposed re-election of Mr Wehby is withdrawn and will not be put to shareholders at the Company’s AGM to be held at 2pm (EST) on Friday 29 November 2013.

The Board would like to sincerely thank Mr Wehby for his valuable contribution, including his time as Chairman.
