Change of AGM Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Network management and cybersecurity software group FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) (the ‘Company’) wishes to update the market regarding changes to the date of its Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’).

In the Preliminary Financial Report lodged with the ASX on 30 August 2024, the Company initially announced that the AGM was scheduled for 30 October 2024. However, the Board has since resolved to reschedule the AGM to 10:00 am AEDT on Thursday, 28 November 2024.

As a result of this change, the new deadline for the receipt of nominations for director positions at the AGM is now 5:00 pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 10 October 2024. All nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by this deadline.

Further details about the AGM, including how shareholders can participate, will be provided in the Notice of Meeting. This notice will be distributed to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in October 2024.
