In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide its Letter Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2[nd] April 2019 and BSE Limited vide its Letter Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2[nd] April 2019 and in view of Prohibition of Insider Trading, Regulations 2015, the “Trading Window” for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 26[th] December 2024 (from the closure of business hours) till conclusion of the 48 hours post the Board Meeting for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December 2024, the date of which shall be intimated in due course.
