Firstsource Solutions Limited principal related parties consist of its holding company, CESC Ventures Limited (formerly known as RP-SG Business Process Services Limited), its own subsidiaries, affiliates and key managerial personnel. Firstsource Solutions Limited related parties’ transactions and outstanding balances are with related parties with whom the Company routinely enters into transactions in the ordinary course of business.

Transactions and balances with its own subsidiaries are eliminated on consolidation.
