In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide its Letter Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 274 April, 2019 and BSE Limited vide its Letter Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 274 April, 2019 and in view of Prohibition of Insider Trading, Regulations 2015, the "Trading Window" for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 to Thursday, 6t February, 2020 and shall re-open Friday, 7th February, 2020 i.e. after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019.
