Further to our letter dated 27[th] January 2023, we write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31[st] March 2023 @ Rs. 3.50 per share (35%) on the paid up capital of the Company.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the said interim dividend has been fixed as Friday, 17[th] February 2023.
