Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Firstsource Group USA Inc., Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new Subsidiary in Canada by the name of Firstsource Solutions Canada Inc.

We are enclosing herewith the brief details of the aforesaid changes as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended till date, are enclosed as Annexure I.
