Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), we regret to inform you about the sad demise of Mr. Sunil Mitra (DIN: 00113473), Independent Director of the Company on Monday, January 12, 2026.

During his tenure as an Independent Director on the Board, the Company has immensely benefited from his thorough knowledge, rich experience as a Board member.

Mr. Sunil Mitra’s unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors and employees express their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.

The details required under SEBI LODR read along with SEBI Master circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as 'Annexure-A'.
