Makarand M. Joshi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. P2009MH007000), as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five (5) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
