Sub – Completion of tenure of Independent Director of the Company
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Anjani K. Agrawal (DIN 08579812), who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company effective May 11, 2021, for a term of 3 years, ceased to be an Independent Director on the Board of the Company from the closing of business hours on May 10, 2024 by efflux of time.
The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company would like to place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Mr. Anjani K. Agrawal during his association with the Company.
