In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Pratip Chaudhuri (DIN 00915201), who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company effective April 01, 2019, for a term of five years, ceased to be an Independent Director on the Board of the Company effective March 31, 2024, (on the closing of business hours on March 31, 2024) by efflux of time.

The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company would like to place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Mr. Pratip Chaudhuri during his association with the Company.
